(Junior) Corporate Finance Analyst

Function

You have an essential supporting role within our dynamic team. As a Junior Corporate Finance Analyst, you are primarily responsible for supporting financial analyses, modeling scenarios and assisting with mergers and acquisitions and capital transactions that we supervise. Here you also have direct customer contact with the entrepreneurs.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide support with financial analysis and modelling;
• Assisting in the (further) development of pitch books and financing and investment memoranda;
• Contributions to M&A transactions, valuations and market research;
• Collaborate inside and outside the team to utilize knowledge;
• Managing assigned files;
• Analyzing business and sector data for market insights

Job requirements

We are looking for professionals who enjoy working in an informal culture, are real team players and who want to continuously develop themselves. And you also have:

• A completed bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field;
• Basic skills in financial modelling and analysis;
• Good communication skills;
• Independence and ability to work as a team.
