(Junior) Corporate Finance Analyst

Whether it concerns buy- and sell-side advisory, financing and restructurings, or legal support, we translate entrepreneurial ambition into lasting value. Our team consists of ten enthusiastic professionals. As a young and dynamic team, we believe that hard work and enjoyment go hand in hand. From our offices in Zwolle and Hardenberg, we are growing rapidly and are therefore looking to expand our team.

Function

You will play an essential supporting role within our dynamic team. As a Junior Corporate Finance Analyst, you will primarily support the execution of financial analyses, build financial models and assist with mergers and acquisitions and capital transactions that we advise on. In this role, you will also have direct contact with entrepreneurs and clients.

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting financial analyses and financial modelling
• Assisting in the development and preparation of pitchbooks and financing and investment memoranda
• Contributing to M&A transactions, valuations and market research
• Collaborating within and outside the team to leverage expertise
• Managing assigned project files and supporting ongoing transactions
• Analysing company and sector data to generate market insights

Job requirements

We are looking for professionals who enjoy working in an informal environment, are true team players and are eager to continue developing themselves. At the same time, you know how to positively surprise colleagues and clients with your insights and commitment.

And you also have:

• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field
• Basic skills in financial modelling and analysis
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team
