We are a high-end corporate finance boutique that advises and guides entrepreneurs in their most important business decisions: from intent to realization. Whether it's buying or selling processes, financing and restructuring, or providing legal support. We translate entrepreneurial ambitions into actions with lasting value. Our team consists of ten enthusiastic professionals. As a young and dynamic team, we believe that hard work and having fun go hand in hand. From the offices in Zwolle and Hardenberg, we are growing rapidly, and that is why we are looking to expand.

Function

As an M&A Consultant, you will have a coordinating role within our dynamic team. You are responsible for performing complex financial analyses, modeling scenarios and leading and supporting mergers and acquisitions and capital transactions.

Your responsibilities:

  • Performing in-depth financial analyses and modelling;
  • Preparing and resolving issues about funding;
  • Developing pitch books and proposal materials to present potential transactions to clients;
  • Leading M&A transactions, valuations and market research;
  • Facilitating collaboration within and outside the team to utilize knowledge;
  • Managing own files at a strategic level, with attention to detail and communicating effectively with stakeholders;
  • Preparing indicative bids;
  • Analyzing business and market data for in-depth market insights and translating them into actionable strategies for clients.

Job requirements

We are looking for an M&A Consultant who likes to work in an informal culture, is a real team player and who wants to keep developing himself.

And you also have:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in corporate finance or a similar role;
  • Excellent financial modelling and analysis skills;
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Good strategic insight, proactive and result-oriented, with attention to customer focus and building strong relationships;
  • Independence, leadership skills and ability to work effectively as a team.
